When will my order be delivered?

Order processing time

Processing time: Orders are processed within 3 – 4 days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping time: Orders take approximately 6 – 9 days (Monday to Friday) to arrive at the destination from the moment your order has been processed.
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 05:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Total delivery time: We require approximately 9 – 13 days (Monday to Friday) for your order to arrive from the point of placing your order.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. Where available, this email will include a tracking link so you can follow the shipment’s progress online.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us and we will resend the information.

Do I pay for shipping?

Any applicable shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. If we offer free shipping or promotional rates, this will also be displayed in the cart and order summary.

Part of my order is missing – what should I do?

For logistical reasons, larger orders or interior pieces of different sizes may be shipped in separate packages. In that case, the remaining items usually arrive within a short time after the first delivery.

If something still appears to be missing after a few days, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

My order arrived damaged – what happens next?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. For a faster resolution, we recommend sending photos of the product, the packaging and the shipping label.

Our customer service team will review the case and help arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or other available options.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, reach out to us quickly after placing it. Once the order has entered the shipping process, changes may no longer be possible and you may need to use our return process instead.
